Formulated with Arnica, Calendula, Hypericum & German Chamomile.

Arnica has been used topically in traditional western herbal medicine to treat a wide range of conditions, including: bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, joint pain, inflammation from insect bites, and swelling.

 

German Chamomile as a traditional medicine is used to treat wounds, ulcers, eczema, skin irritations, bruises, burns, canker sores, sciatica, rheumatic pain, mastitis and more.

HOW TO MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN

BODY WASH Work the soap into a nice lather and apply it to your body. Gently massage onto your skin in a circular motion or apply with a washcloth.  To maximise the cooling effect, turn off the water and leave the lather on the skin for 30 seconds to 1 minute then rinse.

FOOT WASH After walking, running, hiking or simply standing, cool and refresh with a Sporty Bar foot bath.  Submerge your feet in water - temperature of your choice, allowing them to soak for a few minutes.  Take your feet out and lather them thoroughly with Sporty Bar.  Leave the lather on your feet for 30 seconds to 1 minute then place back in the foot bath and relax.  You can repeat lathering to enhance the cooling sensation.
